Helen Turnbull is an organizational development consultant specialized on Global Inclusion and Diversity and an internationally recognized Thought Leader in the field of Unconscious Bias. She has developed two psycho-metric assessment tools – Cognizant, which measures conscious and unconscious bias, and the ISM Profile, which measures Inclusion Skills gaps. She is the CEO and Principal Consultant of Human Facets. Dr. Turnbull received a Ph.D. from Fielding Graduate University in Human and Organizational Systems.
