Jeff Haldeman is a management professor at Webster University and an organization development (OD) consultant. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Haldeman has over 25 years of experience as a full-time and adjunct faculty member, teaching at universities like Webster University, John F. Kennedy University, and University of California, Berkeley. He has developed graduate training programs for OD consultants and teams of international executives and served in a variety of academic leadership roles, including Chair of the Management Department at Webster.
Jeff has over 25 years of consulting experience and has worked with organizations like Dell Computer, La Clede Gas, Boy Scouts of America, and the U.S. Army in Europe. Before coming to Webster University, Jeff had consulting businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area and Austin, TX. He has published articles on self-managed work teams and learning organizations, and recently completed a book, Perspectives on leadership, ethics, and organization development.
Over the last 10 years, Dr. Haldeman has worked with teams of doctoral students to develop and implement team-based change strategies for non-profit organizations in the St. Louis area.
